Air Skates float across the floor and can easily move loads of up to 100 tonnes.
Our new Air Skate Super Kit is a collection of air-powered lifting equipment that provides the user with virtually everything needed to provide lifting technology within the material handling industry. Here's some of what's included in a typical Rotair Super Kit:
- SAK22-4 - Air Skate Kit - weight capacity = 8,000 kgs
- RCK43 Remote Control Unit - four air inlet ports - one for each air caster module
- Hose line assemblies with quick disconnect fittings: 2 x 7.5m and 2 x 4.5m
The VL-type air skate kit comes complete with a set of four or six VL air bearings secured into stainless steel modules. Also included are air flow control valves and 90° elbow adapters, sufficient air hose, ball valve and push-in connectors as necessary.
Air Powered Industrial Turntables
Industrial turntables can really make a difference in your productivity ratings. Use them as component feed tools, or liquid drum management, or even use to alternate supply feed.
Floor mounted or raised to work level and easy operation via foot or hand controls. What better way to boost staff productivity?
Heavy Duty Platform Transporters
Heavy Duty Platform Transporters are the big boys on the block when it comes to moving really heavy loads We can design, manufacture and commission heavy load transporters capable of moving up to 200 tonnes or more depending on the footprint of the load and the amount of compressed air available.
Heavy Duty Platform Transporters are the ideal method for moving unusual loads such as nuclear waste containers, railway locos and carriages, heavy generators for offshore use, aerospace and automobile production lines, heavy earthmoving equipment.
With load capacities that leave forklift trucks behind, these amazing air pallets are the ideal solution for whisking loads away from your loading bay or factory production line.
Air Beams are another alternative to using airskate kits. Used in sets of two or more, air beams offer an alternative method of supporting heavy loads that might have an awkward shape or size and/or uneven weight distribution.
