A Rotair Systems Super Kit is a collection of air-powered lifting equipment that provides the user with virtually everything needed to provide lifting technology within the material handling industry. Here's a typical example of a Rotair Super Kit:

  • SAK22-4 - Air Skate Kit - weight capacity = 8,000 kgs
  • RCK43 Remote Control Unit - four air inlet ports - one for each air caster module
  • Hose line assemblies with quick disconnect fittings: 2 x 7.5m and 2 x 4.5m
  • 1 x 22NSG replacement air bearing
  • All other fittings and hardware required for your Super Kit to work right out of the box
  • Operator manual and Safety Advisories
  • MatJack air lifting bag - with 6m hose, control box, operator instructions and carry bag

Please note: The weight capacities as shown above are those recommended by Rotair Systems for Air Lifting Bags that will be working
in conjunction with their products - oem etc.
Note also that the capacity of the air lifting bag does not match that of the Rotair Systems kit system as quoted. This is because the air
lifting bag will be assisting the user to place his air bearing kit modules underneath the load. The air lifting bag will not need to lift the
complete load; only the part of the load that requires lifting - end, corner etc.
