Heavy Load Transporters

Heavy Load Transporters are the big boys on the block when it comes to moving really heavy loads We can design, manufacture and commission heavy load transporters capable of moving up to 200 tonnes or more depending on the footprint of the load and the amount of compressed air available.

Heavy load transporters are the ideal method for moving unusual loads such as nuclear waste containers, railway locos and carriages, heavy generators for offshore use, aerospace and automobile production lines, heavy earthmoving equipment. There is no end to the uses that air film can be applied and it is clean, quiet, safe and the return on capital expenditure is quicker than conventional methods for moving heavy and awkward loads.

Control of these transporters can be by remote umbilical, radio control, laser or in-floor wire guidance systems. Drives are normally air powered but battery or mains electric operated drives can be fitted if required.
