Air Lifting Jacks - For Load Moving and Levelling Operations

Air Lifting Jack Modules

Air Lifting Jack Modules combine the horizontal movement capability of the air skate module with the vertical lift capability of the lifting jack. Easy to attach, bolt-on, side mounting brackets eliminate the necessity to get under the load. RSJ Series Modules are readily attachable to existing structures.

  • Air powered load moving and levelling jacksAir Bearing modules from 305mm to 1016mm diameter.

  • Easy crank handle lifting.

  • Lift stroke from 127mm to 380mm.

  • Lift capacity from 500 kgs to 14000 kgs.

  • Slot for forklift truck on larger jacks.

  • Permanent attachment plates.

  • Built-in air bearings and valves.

  • Easy multi-directional movements.

When to use RSJ Series Modules:

  • When the air skate modules cannot be placed under the load.

  • Where vertical adjustment of load is desired for positioning or joining.

  • When air skate modules must be raised above floor level when not in operation.

  • For ease of air skate removal after use.
